Hi All, In my GMC truck 1500 Sierra, it makes an abnormal noise under the brake pedal area while pressing it. The sound comes directly from interior and its like a whistle sound and called sometime a hissing noise. The brake system functions properly and without any defects except the mentioned noise. Is it possible from the brake booster? or could be from other sources? Appreciate sharing your experience feedback in this problem. Regards, Abdulla brake gmc.xspf -
2019 Sierra Denali makes high pitched whistling noise when accelerating. It does this daily, but intermittently. -
I purchased a new 3500 gmc. Drove from NY to Myrtle Beach. Once here with constant traveling I am hearing a non-stop whistling when I drive and get up to a speed above 30. It gets louder from stop to upper speeds. Checked air conditioning, windows, etc. Extremely loud and appears to come from the center console or windshield. Called Myrtle Beach GMC and they basically said I was nuts that they never heard of such a thing. I found a you tube video on the internet that is the exact same problem or noise that I have in this brand new $50,000 crew cab truck. It's not my imagination. Any suggestions would be truly and greatly appreciated. The whistling is so loud you cant talk in the cab.
