  1. I opened up a case with GM corporate about my tranny. A service advisor called me back last night and she was a real bimbo. She told me to bring it to a non-GM repair facility and get a second opinion and pay for it out of pocket. She repeatedly told me I am out of warranty, I told her I’m still under the drivetrain warranty for another 31000 miles or 1.3 years. UNREAL. Well today I fixed my GM warranty issue. Wish me luck!
  2. Dealer wanted me back ASAP, said they would need it for a week. They then looked at it and let it run on the lift for awhile and said they can’t pinpoint the leak and keep an eye on it. Seems like the run around to me.
  3. Could be worse I guess at least it’s drivable. I cleaned it up and took it for a 90 mile drive and now it’s staying dry....... update... took a quick 3 mile ride and it’s leaking pretty good again ?
  4. Well after a few drives the tranny is leaking again. I’ll have to call the dealership on Monday.
  5. Picked up my truck today from the dealer. After 45 miles so far so good. They replaced the torque converter seal.
  6. I am bringing it in for my appointment tomorrow.. I’ll post back after I get some miles on it. I’m hopeful it’s just a bad seal that may have been damaged during assembly. It’s not common for newer trucks to have a leak there. My passenger side rear axle sprung a bad leak at 1500 miles so anything is possible I guess.
  7. Just turned 28,000 miles on my HD and the front pump seal is leaking pretty good. (I hope) that it’s not a weld on the torque converter. If so I’m sure the dealer will not pressure check the converter. It’s going in for warranty repair on Monday. anyone else’s have this happen? On another note, I just replaced my fuse block so my horn would work again. GMs idea of integrating the horn relay within the block wasn’t a great engineering milestone for sure.
  8. Upadate. I changed the Fuse Block and it solved the horn issue. Still can’t believe they don’t have a replaceable relay.
  9. I narrowed it down to the intergraded relay and or the fuse block. No power to the fuse when the horn is pressed but it does activate the relay. I have a new fuse block coming from Grandrud for $150.00
  10. I would if I knew where it’s grounded. That’s a possible. This is driving me crazy. Dang Germlins
  11. I noticed my horn not working while locking my doors. And now it doesn’t work while hitting the wheel. I can hear the integrated relay click and the horns bench test great. No corrosion at the connections and there’s 12 Volts at the horn plug. no clue what’s going on.
  12. Did you check your fuses? That seems to the first one to pop sometimes while hooking up my trailer. Or is the Left side... either way it happens often to my truck and my brother in laws F150.
  13. My 2017 2500 had the Stabi message come up and the dash went dark while I was plowing and hit a bump with the plow this past weekend.
  14. The first thing that came to mind was broken wires , not sure about the newer models now.
