  1. WELL GUYS GOT RID OF MY VIBRATION TODAY SOLD MY 2014 SILVERADO POS TX EDITION . GOOD LUCK TO ALL. AND GM IF YOU EVEN CARE THIS IS THE LAST ONE I WILL EVER BUY.. WORST TRUCK I HAVE EVER OWNED..... Had the truck for 1 year took it in with 300 miles for vibration sold at 16000 miles and it vibrated every day i drove it.. REALLY SUX IF YOU ASK ME.....
  2. Has anyone remove the driveshaft and taken to a drive shaft specialst for a real balance .Not the way GM top dawg engineers balance with hose clamps.. Took my truck to true my tires today and specialist told me that he would not true tires until i had my drive shaft rebalanced . He felt the vibration that everyone feels except GM and said it had nothing to do with tires and wheels ... Called my GM dealer and left a message see if they could rebalance it under warranty and never got a call back... Good customer service if you ask me!!!!!!
  3. Posted Yesterday, 12:23 AM Just saw this.. GM this is just the beginning..Im glad we could save one. Hey guys, So after putting much thought into it, I decided to cancel my '14 Denali order. I was really excited and eager to get it and it was due any day now, but looking at the recent threads and seeing how many people are having issues - everything from the sliding seats, warping dashes, vibrating hoods, uneven tailgates, vibrating back seats, etc...I just don't want to risk putting in $60k into this and then having to "live with the issues". Now, I know some of you will say "you only see the negatives" and that may be true, but I don't feel right dropping that kinda coin and having to "live with it" or having a dealer try to fix something that shouldn't have to be fixed in the first place. GMC's profit is about $12,000 per truck...they could have put a little more effort to ensure these things don't happen or hell...raise the price up and i'll gladly pay for it...I just don't want to live with the bullshit. All in all, after much research...I'm most likely going to grab a '14 Ram Limited or wait a year and get a '15 Denali once they iron out the kinks.
  4. Greenhead. GM IS FULL OF SHIT and they are not going to do anything about it.. I have been trying since the first time I took it in with 335 miles and now at 3800 and still no fix... Its at the dealer right now road force balancing again..lol how many times can the do that and figure out it is not the dam tires they keep insisting it is.. we are hopeless you can get a lawyer involved if you need to...which I think is our best bet........
  5. ARNOLDTHEPIG FUNNY YOU SAY THAT I HAVE A CASE OPEN WITH GM AND WAITING FOR A PHONE CALL FROM A (GM SPECIALIST SO WE CAN GO TEST DRIVE THE TRUCK) WHO HAS NOT CALLED .... I CALLED THE DEALER THEY SAID THEY WERE WAITING ON THE GM SPECIALIST ALSO..SO I DECIDED TO CALL GM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CHECK ON MY CASE AND GUESS WHAT THE CASE WASE CLOSED ON 12/10/2013..SO THEY ALSO OPENNED A NEW CASE.. MY SPECIALIST THAT CLOSED THE CASE WAS AMBER ( SHE WAS NOT TO BRIGHT AND SAID GM DID NOT HAVE A FIX AND WE NEEDED TO WAIT FOR A ENGINEER ) SO NOW I HAVE A NEW SPECIALIST NAMED WAYNE... WAYNE SAID THEY WILL CONTACT ME WITHIN 24 HOURS.. I WILL KEEP EVERYONE POSTED ON A UPDATE... I THINK THIS IS OUT OF HAND AND WE NEED ANSWERS AND I ALSO WOULD LIKE GM TO PURCHASE MY TRUCK BACK.... I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE POS TRUCKS..... JONATHAN OR JENNIFER PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP US OUT ON WHAT IS GOING ON.....

  8. GM CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY SUCKS ....i am waiting on a gm specialist to call me so we can set up a appointment so he can go and test drive the truck. FOR WHAT REASON MY DEALER TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO FIX ......looks like they are stalling to buy more days and time.. I WISH THEY WOULD JUST BUY MY TRUCK BACK....... And for GM customer service online pm me a phone # so i can call you....;
  9. I've called like 5 diffrent customer service phone #s and it takes you to the same place... Asked the dealer For a diffrent number and they said they did not have any other number.

  11. I'm going to leave the truck next week so the gm spcialist can test drive it... ( he cant say its the goodyear because it has ugly ass continentals on it already ) for what the all drive the same like shit.... how many miles on you truck? my first visit was at 235 miles Looks like lemon law here i come...
  12. its going in next week for the forth time.. get this they want me to go test drive another one so i can see they have the same vibration.. this is after the dealer service mgr , shop forman and service advisor all admitted to me there is no fix.... THIS IS ALL BS IF U ASK ME.. Im just taking it in so i can more visits to start the lemon law paper work... Hows that going with you.. I heard its a long process.
