Barn, what makes this so complicated is this should not be a problem for all these GM customers to deal with this type of defect. The seats should be recalled and make the seat/frame manufactures pay for the repairs, waiting, rental car... And throw in an incompetent dealer that knows zero about customer satisfaction - and you wonder why so many people are pissed off. I waited one week and the dealer forgot to order parts, took another week to complete repairs!!! I see problem is now reaching into the new Yukon/Suburban.
