  1. I see a few V1 owners on this thread.
  2. I never got the sticker thing. Those and dealer badges are the first to Go the day I bring vehicles home. If you went through all the trouble removing the lettering, a step I'm leaning towards in the spring. I do it so it's easier to polish and wax, no lettering to go around.
  3. Just a question, why not remove the Z71 stickers? Looks great, but that's the easiest part.
  4. There is a lot with dslrs. Takes time, some reading and practice.
  5. Dslr? Point n shoot? Whatcha get?
  6. I woulda liked to see what your instant mpg meter was reading at 110.
  7. Do you use a tri pod? I would imagine you experimented with different exposure lengths to get the right motion look.
  8. Could be a double mint commercial subject....
  9. nothing a hair dryer and plastic scraper can't handle. Better in the glass vs paint, can't scratch it.
  10. I told the dealer when I bought the V not to do it. When I picked it up, I mentioned it and the sales guy ripped it off right there. I got a chill as he was yanking it off like a bandaid. I told myself never again, just do it myself. The place I got my cap from had their dealer decal on the window. It was a thick puffy sticker. I just got it off and feeling much better. If anyone asks I'd be happy to tell where I got it from.
  11. That's the first thing I do when I get home. While it's fresh and easy to remove.
  12. DSLR = whole new world of photography. Be sure to take it off auto.
  13. Looked chrome in the photos. Looks good.
  14. More importantly... Black out the chrome window trim and remove the front lower air dam and you got yourself a winner! Might as well do the mirror caps as well.
  15. I say the same thing about a Silverado.
  16. better do it now when gas is cheap. Only going to go up from here. Last time I remember 93 being $2.50 was in '05.
  17. Last I looked they only sold certain colors. Just checked again and only black, white, red, and prime. Stealth Gray isn't on the list, hence how did he do it?
  18. Looks great. I hate the plastic mouldings. How did you have it done? How much?
  19. When getting the Cad it took adjusting to the low profile 40 tires. I did and still do swerve around most pot holes but yes having side wall is awesome. The ride is so smooth in the Sierra. Parallel and city parking are a breeze. Just pop right up and show the curb who's boss.
  20. On the job and at home.
  21. It's a Leer 100XQ. Comes with led light and spray in carpet liner. Liner matches the bed rug perfectly. Got the switch so it turns on when opening the back window. At work now but will try to add photos later if the kid lets me.
  22. Getting the cap put on today. In the back ground in a '15 HD Denali that had the same cap installed.
