Which one 18" or 20" Wheel is higher payload or gooseneck?

I know 2500 has 11.5" and 3500 has 12" ring pinion gears but they have same gear ratio 3.42. So Are they same mpg?

I would like to know what trim or else have the most payload on 2020 or 21 3500 SRW Crew Cab Diesel Payload? I checked on https://plants.gm.com/media/us/en/chevrolet/vehicles/silveradohd/2020.tab1.html and stated 4185 lbs. I heard that their average payload is 3500 to 3700. So where can find the 4185 payload truck?
