I finally got tired of the steering vibrations, recalls, squeaks and rattles, droning noise at highway speeds and got rid of my truck. It is a shame because it was a great looking truck but I got tired of it being at the dealer all the time. I went through new driveshafts, new wheels, new tires, and even a new drivers seat. I hope for the sake of everyone on here who is still having issues that GM comes up with some solutions that work.
I was experiencing vibrations after 70 mph. The dealer replaced the tires and wheels and the high speed vibration is gone. I have also noticed some shutter in the steering wheel at low speeds when the truck is shifting gears I believe. I guess it could be coming from the transmission?
Took mine back again for steering vibrations over 70 mph. The service manager seen the vibration and don't think it is the tires. He said he knows it is a slight irritation to drive like that but they may be nothing he can do. If they don't want to fix it what should I do next??
They road forced them and said it was only 10 pounds off. I drove another while they were working on mine and it was smooth as silk on the interstate. I bet I will be stuck with it

I have only had my crew cab LT for only a week and the steering vibrates. I wish I could just get my old truck back but I am sure the dealer will not let me. After reading these posts I am convinced GM could care less about these problems.
