http://store.katechengines.com/mobile/lt1lt4-cnc-ported-throttle-body-p487.aspx is this the right one? All the reviews are people putting them on their corvettes.

I'm already getting tunes through BlackBear. If you have any interest in tuning your Silverado, they're the ones to go through

Hey guys, I've been looking around for a thread about swapping to a 6.2 intake, but I can't find one.
Does anyone know off the top of their heads what all is needed besides the intake and the throttle body? Is it a hard swap to do?
Any pointers or heads up would be appreciated.

Yes, I had them paint it. I think they can cut out the holes for the sensors for the bumper, so you should be good. I added the shackles and lights on my own, so I didn't add them to the cost of the bumper
I live about 6 hours from the shop, so that's not a fair question. They shipped mine via saia freight. Gives tracking at every stop, and they're supposed to be pretty quick from what I've read.
This is what it looks like from the inside. You can remove the bar pretty easily, but I doubt a winch would mount there

I absolutely love it. Don't have their guy paint it if you're not doing the rockguard paint though. Get it sent bare and have a paint shop close to you paint it. Then you won't have to worry about scratches on freight, and if there's any problems with it, they're right there.
As you can tell, they look great. Quality is amazing, and they have great customer service. I highly recommend them.
