  1. I didn't need to use a spring compressor. My weight was enough while someone screwed the top bolt on to hold it in place.
  2. Only thing about lowering these trucks with struts and springs in the mix, is the lower you go the front wheel moves back in the wheel well and isn't centered.
  3. I have the mcg helpers. I love them. Bolt on.no drilling.
  4. I'd notch your bed support above the pumpkin. Super easy. Then get helpers and smaller tires all around. Instead of messing with those rivets on the shackle hangers. That height looks perfect
  5. Then you sir have a 7" drop in the rear
  6. You did just just the flip kit in the rear? You didn't touch the shackles or shackle hangers?
  7. Looks like a 4/7
  8. Is there a manual slider? Because if really like one for my rc
  9. They fit the mounts to tight. I had to hammer them In. I didn't like that so I sent them back. And their shackles rubbed the shackle mount and made a squeaking sound
  10. I,had djm I'll never use their crap again
  11. I guess there is a kit now https://www.suspensionsuperstore.com/2015-2017-chevy-silverado-1500-4wd-w-aluminum-or-stamped-steel-a-arms-2-drop-spindle-kit-mcgaughys-34204/
  12. What wheels and did you have to cut the extra thread for the bj off? Also, how close are the rear wheel barrels to hitting the banjo bolt? I just got my wheels yestwr day. But I got a 17x9.5 rear
  13. I,don't think struts/shocks raise a vehicle. Just there for dampening but I'm pretty sure all the springs are the same with exception of maybe the toe max 1500
  14. Are the 4x strut/coil spring in front? If so then 2wd an 4wd are the same. Just like the leafs are the same. Even for the cc trucks
  15. The 4x I'm almost positive are the same height. My 2wd looked lifted when I first got it
  16. I run a 265 50 20 on my 4/7 drop
  17. 265 40 22 or 265 35 22 35 series will look a bit small though Either way you will still have rubbing, but a lot less
  18. I forgot you had 4wd. Not sure there's a 4wd spindle yet for avv arms. I guess start off with the struts
  19. Looks like oem 275 55 20
  20. Id do spindles over struts if you're just doing 2" in front. Keeps alignment better
  21. What size tire are you running
  22. You need to lift the rear or get a smaller tire then. I'm on a 4/7. And my tires are 30" tall. And mine scape once in awhile
  23. Trimming rear fenders? For what?
  24. Yes it matters because the spindle mount holes are different Yes it matters because the spindle mount holes are different
  25. Do they make them for the different arms? Because these trucks come with 3 different arms
