Made it into GM today and asked the parts dept. Part # 84129626 Cant come to terms with the price.$187.00. Going to repair mine

Anyone have a link to an exploded view for the fuel system for 2014 silverado wt with lv3.With the lines and all not just the tank or pump. I cannot find the fuel hose that runs off the pump and connects to the line that feeds the engine. Changing my pump but the metal end of the fuel pump was rusted off and stuck in the hose it snaps into.The 4 little retaing clips are no good.Need to replace that hose.Ony thing on the line is gm213m and I cant find anything that has that part number

Thanks for the reply.Good to know. Never had any issues with the AFM but just wanted some insight on it.Was never surr if mine had it at all until i had a oil pump put in by a buddy this week. The only issue I have had is the oil pump.2nd engine(First pump took out the engine then GM raplaced) 3rd oil pump with 183000 on the truck

On my 2014 lv3 4.6ltr. I apparently have the afm dropping from 6 to 4 cyl.Most vehicales put there that have this afm system have either a button or an indicator somwhere that lets you know when afm is active.My truck I had no clue it has it as it has no indicators telling the operatoor its in afm.Should it be dropping 2 cyl at cruising speed? I have been told it drops 2 at idle but not 100% sure. It is a 2014 silverado wt with a 6cyl lv3 engine.Anyone have the same truck/engine with afm. (I am actually quite impressed with the 6 cyl in this ext cab 5.6 box.)It has hauled many dodges.

32 being the pump I take it.I have changed my vac pump before my oil pump packed it in thinkin that what the weird growling noise was.The vac pump wasn't too bad to do on my 4.3.The oil pump being on the outside front may not be as bad either but I havent had to do one yet.

My oil pump went on my 2014 with a 4.3.GM installed new engine and when I got it back it had a code saying injector issue.Sent it in for them to look at and when they told me it was gonna be on me I told them forget it.Brought it home ran 2 bottles of sea foam through 2 full tanks of fuel and havent had the code or any issues yet.That was 20,000 klms ago.

G.M Is now installing a new engine.They were going to just do crank, bearings and oil pump but apparently found more damaged parts.

I dont know why on earth they would change from the old style pump in the pan.Its proven to work leave it. Thanks for the insight! Good to know

My pump bought the farm today.104,000 klm.Has been whining like a ford power steering pump for a while(til now)
