Definitely made a big throttle response difference for me. In fact, the pedal is now so responsive that I'm swapping my old one back in for the winter so I don't keep spinning wheels in the snow. I'll put the new one back in next spring for summer driving.

My 2014 Silverado had the 20972082 gas pedal. I purchased the new part# 23362231 from Amazon and installed it a week ago. I definitely noticed a substantial improvement in throttle response. Since the response is so significant, I tend to unintentionally over-accelerate and wonder how that will impact my mileage. Will assess the mileage over the next few weeks and report back if there is a noticeable decrease.
