  1. Yeah, Trail Blades. Just going for a different look. Kind of wanted a go (most) anywhere truck that sits pretty low.
  2. Very happy with the 2/4 Drop. Only real issues seems to be turning when in Reverse, and slight vibration at 65mph. Went with Adjustable Bilstein 5100 up front with Drop Spindles. Actually considering raising fronts to reduce reverse issues. Is it advisable to use lift strut with drop spindle? Already cut away carpet and some plastic where contact happened. Still only have 1/2 lock while backing up.

  4. Lowering kit I purchased is basically converting control arms to cast models from 07-13 trucks. Consultant says reason is so late model spindles can be used, and that these Better avoid CV axles. Also that ball joints and maintenance parts are readily available and nothing is exotic or difficult to R&R down the road. Is there any reason this kit would change outward “poke”/ offset situation? As it sits the truck is stanced nicely. Anything else to consider before installing this one?
  5. Is it optical illusion or is that camber kicking inward pretty good?
  6. This seems like the most complete pkg I’ve seen. Does anyone have experience with it?
  7. Appreciate all feedback so far. One more round of questions before I pull the trigger on this... So Currently running rear Shackle only. Few hundred miles on this setup and 24” snowflake replicas with all terrain 40 profile/33s. Fully aligned after installed. Truck feels borderline unsafe/shitty ride at best. Really searches for traction after any type of bump in the road. Haven’t gone back to re-torque as recommended because likely reworking entire suspension. My question being what is probably the issue here? and how to be sure I’m gonna ride better after the new kit. Axle flip runs shackles also, should I expect similar performance? Am I experiencing bump-steer? Always have to mildly correct steering after pothole or speed bump. Planning Belltech 1017 kit with Fox2 shock all around. Any thoughts appreciated. Also please anyone who is HAPPY with leaf drop in the rear? Feel like talking about it? Heard plenty of people bash them but no specifics
  8. Does 10 hrs labor cost seem unrealistic for spindle/rear flip/shocks all around?
  9. Hoping for input on some options I’m looking at for dropping the Sierra. 2017 4x4 Double Cab. Only looking for 2/4 drop. Rear will be 4” flip with Belltech shock. Is anyone flip kit better than another? Come with shorty bumpstops? McG front- 2” 4x4 specific spindle with corrective control arm ($860+/-) Belltech- coil over drop with sway bar Belltech- 2” drop spindle, no arms. Includes shocks. Any 4x4 specific input would be great. Leaning towards coil overs but feeling like McG probably got it right with the spindle/arm combo
