    Actually theres a GM recall on certain years and trucks. GM claims the antirust additives were never added to the frame steel. They are only offering to recoat the frame with a sealer. Cheap bastards are not footing to repair the frames that have rotted away.

    Check the rear shock bolts. Mine were so loose in the metal bushing that runs thru the rubber bushings. Didnt matter how tight they were. Couldnt make up the space in metal bushing. I even replaced shocks with different brand. Still did same thing.
