  1. I have the same steering clunk at low speed turns as well on my 2020 Denali HD with digital steering. I hoped in a new ltz Silverado and the same thing...... I haven’t herd that noise since my 2006. Terrible. Goes nicely with the steering wheel wobble ??
  2. How did you make out at the dealer
  3. Thank you for this information. I will ask them about it.
  4. I have a 2020 2500 Denali Duramax with 2,000kms . From Day 1 I switched the tires to the Nitto ridge grapplers 35x12.5r20 so I did not set a stock benchmark for the ride quality As a side note I just traded in my 2019 2500 duramax denali with the same tires but a bit smaller 295/60r20 and the truck drove just perfect! I have 2 more 3500 DRW in the WT model, one a 2017 and the other a 2017. I am mentioning this because I think I have a good feel for how the trucks should be expected to feel on the road The 2020 truck had a shakey steering wheel at many different speed both slow and highway along with vibrations and just way too much road feed back in my opinion not to mention that dreaded steering column clunk. It also just does not feel solid like the 19 and previous did. I went back to the tire installer for a re balance and then I went to the dealership to have the alignment checked to try and start trouble shooting the problem. After that it was still not fixed so the tire guy actually put a brand new set of ridge grapplers on convinced that there must have been a bad tire... It helped a bit but the shake was still there. I went to the dealership again and he agreed to put the truck back on the alignment rack and check over all steering parts to make sure everything looked "good". He went as far as swapping my wheels with another new stock 2020 to see if it was the tires creating the issue and it showed the issue was still there. After all of that he found the bulletin to re program the digital steering. It has helped a bit but the steering is still less than ideal with a terrible feel and a slight shake still. Does anyone else still have this problem and has anyone found any solution yet. I can not believe we are moving backwards with these kinds of things. It is driving me absolutely crazy and there dealership does not know what to do.
