hard to fill gas tank 2016 sierra

I have a 2016 Silverado 1500 same problem but notice something different... Something is not holding the housing properly because it actually broke and the intake hole + housing is moving around freely . This is actually a good thing because now I know it’s not mounted or aligned properly due to lousy design...now I have to go get it fixed.
