    Hello , I have a 2019 silverado 1500 rst and tailgate will not open when cold out , you can hear the clicking actuator going when button is pressed been like this for a week now , now I learned after startup and running tailgate opens up , standard gate by the way , is this normal, or do they only open when truck is running lol .
