I have a 2018 gmc 6.2 denalli 4wd that ate the cam so it got a tsp stage one cam to go with the LT’s, cai and 6th gen whipple 3.0 sc. install was way more then expected as tuning both the engine and trans was a momma and I needed to install a high flow fuel pump as well as lt4 injectors. Although faster it only ran 135+ in the 1/2 mile. Was scheduled to get it to the 1/4 mile this Saturday but the rear diff blew up and apparently the 3.73 gears I had installed over 30k miles ago are out of warranty. Dyno showed almost 600 whp. May not get it back to the drag strip till fall of 25 and let it sit for a few months as the 900hp 69 Camaro has run substantially over budget

I’ve done that before only to find 5 years later it’s still in the attic doing no one any good and the vehicle was sold.

Ran 13.9@97mph in the qtr on a warm night so hoping to get back this winter and better that but I have the stock intake manifold and a hardly used solar tb left over and can’t figure out the best place to get rid of it. Suggestions?

Gila Bend Az. 2018 cc denalli 6.2 with 3.0 whipple, LT’s, cai, custom tune, e60, tsp stage 1 cam (thx gm for the craptastic dod stuff eating my stock cam). Weather is gonna be 20 degrees hotter than I’d like but hoping to see 135-140mph. Crazy thing is I have an AFE cai that wouldn’t fit with the whipple as well as a new in the box solar tb, in tank pump and stock intake manifold I can’t seem to give away. Only wanted $200 for everything as I’m tired of it in the garage. Suggestions where to advertise it?

A few months back I replaced my front magnaride struts with the rancho 2" leveling struts. What a poor choice. Rode like a pogo stick! Just replaced with bilsteins that were not available when I needed new struts in July. Avoid at ALL costs the ranchcrap!!!

So was it determined if u need a new cable and hood latch?

I like the looks of the 1500 gmc AT4 because it gets rid of all the in your face chrome with some of the options I like. I tried building another version with the diesel to get the tow package with the 3.73 gears and ended up with way more chrome than I'd like and it even cost more. Why gm can't offer certain options (gearing, engine choices, larger fuel tanks, upgraded interiors) with everything but a work truck version is beyond me. They could learn a thing or two from Dodge that does make this type of selections more available.

Any issues with the truck so far? Are you satisfied with the power?
