Hi Everyone I recently bought a new SLT sierra 5.3L and after the first week of owning it I am feeling a shudder when I accelerate from a stop. Happens every time the truck shifts from 1st to 2nd gear and feels like it is driving over rumble strips. I brought it into the dealership and they could not find a fix. GM had told them it is "normal" and that "it wont effect the longevity of the transmission". I find that very hard to believe. Has anyone had a similar experience? What was the issue and how did you fix it?
