I bought my 2019 Silverado RST last fall and the transmission problems started immediately, clunking from first to second religiously. Then came 2 brake recalls. And now it’s doing the same thing as everyone else here leaving me stranded.. The class action lawsuit going on regarding the transmission problems is being defended with the argument that it is not a workmanship defect and the vehicle does its job) so what’s there argument now that my family and I can’t rely on a ****in brand new $70,000 truck to start when I say start. Does anyone have experience with the Canadian lemon law and have any insight if this would qualify for a buyout because I want my 03 HD back.
