I've done the drop down on every screen, held the stem for over a minute, pressed it a hundred times on every available screen and still there was nothing. Read both my Silverado and Duramax manual, no real help from there. Also called chevy customer service, they thought it was a very odd problem and I should take back to the dealer since it's new. Was hoping to figure it out before having to do that as the dealer I bought from is over 2 hours from my home.

Yes it does twist. However, when I twist it, it goes through maybe like 6 or 7 screens, all of which are not the trip odometer or digital speedometer

Hey guys, I have a new 2020 Silverado 3500 WT Duramax. First day or two of driving, the Trip 1, Trip 2, and digital speedometer screens were present. Now they are nowhere to be found. I have the work truck trim, so base model odometer stem (no buttons on steering wheel other than cruise control). I scroll through all the available screens; air filter life, fuel filter life, brake pad life, tranny temp, etc. No trip or digital speedometer screens anywhere and I can't figure out how to get them back. I know they were there the first few days but now I'm just thinking I was crazy at this point. Thanks in advance for any help.
