  1. Lie!!! That is a lie. Go to the dealer and tell them to contact GM. It only melts w chrome bumper. The curve on the bumper creates a heat focal point that melts that point on Botha sides. I’m actually the first person to have noticed and now my dealer went out and checked their trucks. And found three trucks where they also melted. The dealer I contacted is martine Chevrolet in Torrance California. They are great. This is an issue that GM I now aware of and is starting to figure out the best solution. Mine was replaced and started melting a week later lol.

  3. Hello has anyone seen this before? My feont grill has melted bcs of the focus heat from the curve of the bumper. I first noticed one side and after checking I saw the exact same thing on the other side and GM does not want to cover it. Maybe because nobody else has noticed. If you have a 2019 Chevy Silverado with chrome bumper you should check your from lower part of your grill. If you have melted plastic contact Gm so they start seeing a trend in the faulty design or plastic. Sorry not sure how to add pictures with url but I have pictures to share.
