Well, after finding multiple sensors reading funky (at times) I checked all grounds and unplugged each sensor one at a time. Nothing worked, tuned the VATS out of my spare ECM and swapped it out.... FIXED I guess these ECM's can go bad after all...

The ECT and IAT reading are jumping around very abnormally. Ill check to see if anything else is acting up.

It sounds like a intake valve is not shutting all the way, but only sometimes and only at idle. The throttle blade is jumping around alot in the second video and i think that maybe what is causing the noise. Some times it will accelerate on its own up to around 25mph without touching the throttle I have tried another throttle body with no change. it has NO CODES, and unless your at partial throttle or idle it otherwise runs perfectly fine. No vacuum leaks Maybe a voltage issue? do the 07 gen4 5.3s use a TAC module or does it just use the PCM? Does the throttle blade normally move that much at idle? Thanks guys no codes
