Yeah by the sounds of it and my “research” they don’t have anything else manufactured for short bed crew cab at the moment but heard a nasty rumor that one is in development. I suppose it is a job for the rotopacs for the time being... unless someone reading this happens to know something I haven’t found yet.

Hello all! Just purchased a new 2020 1500 Silverado crew cab 5’8” bed with the inline diesel. I noticed the fuel tank is quite small (24) and would like to bump up at least to have 30 gal capacity. It has to be under the vehicle as the intended purpose for purchasing this truck is to haul around my scout cab over camper that sits in the bed. I have come up short in trying to find either a larger replacement tank or auxiliary that fits on these 1/2t crew cabs. If anyone out there has suggestions I’m all ears. Thanks for reading!
