happi nuss

It def has 12.5v at the battery as does the one I replaced. I'm thinking of pulling the starter and alternator and taking them to autozone to test. A friend says it might be the ignition control but I had that replaced fairly recently like few months back (It wouldn't start because of it)

My truck died 1993 chevy silverado 4x4 K1500 5.7L - It said low battery voltage, won't click nothing, would not charge back up stays at around 9v. Bought new battery. Still showing 9v charge even though brand new battery. HELP!!! where do I start what could cause this?
