  1. I had the same concern with my 2021 and 2022 Silverados. Both have made that same noise under the same conditions since new and currently over 30,000 miles with no issue or noise getting louder. Stays the same throughout mileage racking up more. I asked a GM tech about it and says it’s normal part of operation. I also have a 2021 Camaro 6.2 with 10 speed. That also makes the same noise, but maybe a little lighter sound than our trucks. Normal operation from my experience/understanding.
  2. Sorry for everyone’s bad luck on the lifter failures. It may still happen to me, time/miles will tell.
  3. I have a 2021 RST 5.3 that I purchased in October. Built in September. I have 22,000 miles on mine with zero issues.
  4. I unplugged my range as well. Tachometer stopped bouncing.
  5. The Update is now available for our infotainment issues. I have my appointment on Fri.
  6. Yes, I was told by my dealer, this week. The week of the 13th the update should be at our dealers. Sounds like it won’t be an over the air update, we’ll have to swing in to the service dept to have them update it. Shouldn’t take too long.
  7. Yes, Let’s hope so! Sounds like early Dec we’ll have the update from GM Engineering
  8. 2021 Silverado RST, purchased in Oct. I have all of the same issues as well. Btw, I just upgraded to the new I phone 12 and that did not change anything at all. I came from an I phone 11. Puzzled?
  9. Just picked up my 2021 Silverado RST in early October. All of the same symptoms are happening with my truck as well. The infotainment system won’t even allow me to connect my mobile personal hotspot to the truck. I connect my personal hotspot, approximately 5 seconds later it disconnects it. Spoke with OnStar on a couple of occasions, there wasn’t much they could do. We tried everything to get it to work. Looks like we will have to wait it out for a software update.
