    Hello I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado 6.0 gas manual floor engagement 4x4 won't work changed actuator on front axle I have 12 volts at actuator when shifter is put into 4 high it still won't work there is no warning light on on dash such as service 4x4 . Kevin
