My truck has a second battery tray. Not sure what advantage a second battery offers unless its wired to accessories separately? Does my truck come with wiring for it or is just a tray and nothing else. Does the forum have a favorite kit to wire it? Thanks!

There is absolutely no gap between the rear window and the door to slide in the plastic tabs that most off of these door protectors use. Other than using a velcro type has anyone found a solution to keep the rear doors from getting scratched up by your hounds?
