I bought the halogen bulb wiring harness and my tail lights work but I get an error and they blink fast. it’s clearly because they changed the wiring harness for the tail light. Is there any way to get the old wiring harness to work with my stock LED

Anyone know what my offset range is for my 2017 Chevy Silverado crew cab high country 4wd 5.3 ? Everything is stock , no lift or leveling kit. My rims are the stock 22 inch and the offset on those are +24. I’m trying to buy aftermarket rims. I’m gonna stick with 22 inch rims but I don’t know what offset will fit/not rub. A lot of rims I like are from -44 all the way to +44 offset and I have no idea what range will fit .
