    Same issue here - I cannot set the max startup volume on my new 2021 Silverado. It always resets to mid volume, which is startlingly loud. So now I have two after-start procedures - radio volume down, and Auto Stop off. Also, the backup camera display lines are too dim to be useful. I've found no adjustment for that. I think GM is way behind in user friendly technology.
