2019 GMC 3500HD. In the past 6 months, hearing a clicking noise from the radio. Also, the screen freezes at times, as well. I have checked for any updates and did a factory reset but the problems still exist. Asked at the dealership but they couldn't be bothered to investigate. Any ideas/solutions???
