Yes. Still on 4. But I did take the valve cover off and hand cranked the engine and lifters were working fine

Hey all. New to the site but could use some help. About 3 months ago my truck randomly started to misfire. Hooked up code reader and got P0300. If I drive it for a bit it will also show cyl 4. So far I’ve changed plugs and wires. Unhooked coil packs individually which did narrow it down to cyl 4. Changed that pack with no luck. I put seafoam in and took it for a good rip. No change. Just recently changed all 8 injectors. It now idles more rough and has less power. While shifting from 1-2 it will slam into gear, and now there’s some noise under the truck I haven’t found yet. I checked compression on cyl 4 and it was good. Checked all injector wires and they’re good. Anyone have any suggestion???
