Hello All, I have a 2006 gas TopKick with the 8.1 litre engine. It runs great and powers right up to 2200 rpm but when I try to get up to speed, beyond 2200 rpm it bogs down and refuses to run properly until I let off the gas. It started when I was pulling a trailer and going up a hill. I changed the fuel filter and it fixed the problem immediately. A month later the same thing happened so I dropped the tank and cleaned it out, as well as the pump and screen on the pump, changed the filter again, but it still refuses to go past 2200 rpm. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for reading…
