    Thanks for the reply, and that is exactly what I did. If and when I sell the truck, I can only assume the tonneau cover and tool boxes will stay with it. Be Safe.

    New to this forum, and just purchased a 2021 GMC 3500 HD Denali Crew cab, along with the GM Side Bed Cargo Boxes. Problem being is the truck also has a tonneau cover, and the boxes dont fit with the clamps of the tonneau cover? Hard to imagine a company like this would design and put their name on these cargo boxes, (yes gm part numbers) and no one ever thought about the whole concept of these boxes in use with a tonneau cover? I am wondering if anyone else has come across this problem, and what did they to do fix it? Thanks
