I have a 2015 Silverado 2500hd work truck package with some upgrades. It has the 4” display with back up camera. I was driving down the road and had my phone Bluetooth connected and I received a phone call. I hit the answer button on the radio and it wouldn’t let me hear the conversation. So I put it on speaker phone and when my call ended the screen was frozen but the radio was still working. Once I shut my truck off and turned it back on I now have no radio or Bluetooth. When I turn the key on it shows the mylink screen and then goes blank and all I get is static noise. The warning chimes still work and the backup camera still works. I’ve tried pulling the fuse and putting it back in. I’ve tried disconnecting the battery and leaving it for a few minutes and reconnecting. Also I pulled the glove box and the radio display and disconnected all connections and reconnected there too. Any ideas of what’s wrong or is the control module behind the glove box fried?
