    Ill trade you. I'm in California my hood is black with a wrap on it and it's a 2020 if you think you might consider it at some point, I own a trucking company Ill ship my truck or just the hood out. Thats if thee even Interchangeable to fit.

    The power cord is glued in the headliner. Your truck is pre wired for all the fealtures made it easy on GM to add features on truck with all the options they can pick and choose which trim levels to sell.

    I found out you do need a power inverter got one brand new off ebay $89 probably going to need a flash from chevy Ill let you know how it all works out..

    I mounted one externally and ran it through the 3rd break light break light with 3m double sided tape. been on for months never failed. Iran the wiring through the headliner and out the back install was a piece of cake.

    I purchased the oem plug for the dashboard and plugged in the connectors in from the back of the blank and nothing happened. I haven't messed with it sense then however I think it may require the power module and a flash from the big bow tie to get going. I'm actually coming around to activating it soon. If you haven't done that project yet let me know ill check back in and let you know how it goes

    I hardwired my radar detector into my passenger side fuse box with a fuse tap. You have to use a 3 pin fuse depending on which fuse you use. Don't tap into anything inorganic that the truck needs to operate. Use a hvac or something simple.

    I have a lifted 2020 Silverado 1500 lt My wife and I have a pro MOD team. Anyway. I recently Installed a High mounted camera 3rd break light and I have a front camera to install. I just ordered the cables to work... Anyone else done this?

    I did the same thing for the same reason on my 2020 1500 and got the same results now im trying to locate where the fue for it goes then if there is a fuse find out how to make power come to it. The dash.heic
