For my 2015 Silverado spent three weeks figuring it out but I believe if you take the glove box out there’s a module up in there just push the plug connectors up till they click in properly that’s all I did now it works my cluster lights and dic did not work right either aswell as the radio screen switching by it’s self hope this helps someone!!!

There’s a module behind the glove box 3 plugs were not complety pushed in pushed them in till they clicked now everything works of course I figured it out after changing the clock spring and three weeks of diagnostics lol

It’s not the radio there’s a radio control module under the glove box the connections are loose all you do is push them up a bit till it clicks took my brother and I 3 weeks to figure this bullshit out!!!
