    I believe there's many options and changes throughout the years. I use the hollander interchange system. Most of the Iron Duke engines fit 2-3 vehicles throughout a short year range.

    Hey guys, I'm helping a machine shop clear out their old inventory. We found this rebuilt 2.5L long block that's been sitting around their shop for a while. I believe it fits 87-91 S10 S15 & Sonoma as well as 87-90 Astro and Safari vans. I'm really not 100% sure though due to the strange casting numbers on the block and head. The block casting reads 1X154431 and the head casting reads 2X240179. Any help identifying what this fits is appreciated.
