I have a 1996 chevy c1500 i did a parasitic draw on it & the fuse box under the hood the fuse called lighting pulls a draw so i checked the fuse box in the cab of the truck & the fuse #14 is pulling a draw when i pull the #14 fuse the instrument cluster goes out the battery will go dead in two days help

I did a Parasitic battery drop on my 1996 chevy 1500 when i pulled lighting fuse it goes from 1.12 amps to .3 amps and my battery will not hold a charge, the battery is new it drains it in two days and the alternator is new. this is driving me nuts HELP

I have a 1996 chevy 1500 when i start the truck i get 12 voltage not 14 voltage do i need to change the ground straps?
