A few years back i had a F250 ford with 460 CI engine it came with 3.54 rear gear and i thought if i put 4.10 gears in it would pull my race car trailer better but i was wrong it didn't pull any better it just used a lot more gas

I don't think it is the tires the vibration is not felt in the steering and not a rumble like tire out of balance had the same problem with my 2013 dual wheel 3500 and the tires were road balanced the vibration is like a hum as soon as i cross 80mph and up.

2020 6.6 gad drive shaft vibrates any thing above 80 mph
