The customer service and technical support for this transition to Marcus has been terrible. Haven't been able to sign into my account since the transition. Have call customer support by the technical department never responds to correct the problem. Obviously, the take over team is really understaffed or they have no clue how to correct the internet problems. Sending then a cancellation notice today by mail - maybe they will respond.
