  1. do your plug wires have steel heat shields on them? Try taking all of them off and running it. I had the P0300 and it got to where it would not run well enough to get out of the driveway. Was checking spark on #8 and was lucky to be in a spot that I could see arcing between the heat shield and the plug boot on #6. Took all the heat shields off and the problem was gone. My wires were originals with 195K mi. and had checked for continuity and resistance, but no check for the insulation breaking down. You got new wires so I don't think it is causing your problem, but it is an easy test to try.
  2. The voltage generated from the O2 sensor should be from 0.1V to 0.9V, with 0.9V on the rich side and 0.1V on the lean side. If your readings are within this range, the O2 sensor is functioning properly. If you are using an OBD reader it should show what that voltage is as well as the percentage the computer is enriching or leaning the mixture.
  3. Please continue working on this. I have same problem and just as lost as you are.
