I don't know if it's related bug the same thing just happened to my son out of the blue in his 2000 bonneville he had a leak from somewhere and it got the floor under the driver's seat soaked and there's a wire harness connection under there that got wet. So none of the electric door locks or windows work. It happened all at once.

My 2017 sierra has the same problem and the brake does get extra hard but only at low speeds like if I'm parking in a space and trying to creep forward. Never have a problem any other time and it's very intermittent.
