    Recently rebuilt a 97 vortec with a cam and swapped it over to an 0411 pcm with an express van tune from 02. Loaded start up file and scanner shows no rpm signal to the ecm. The pin out is correct. Crank sensor tested good. Wondering if anyone has any ideas what could be causing this issue. TIA.
