  1. Ok, so I'm in a 22 Silverado 1500 LTD 2.7 with 88K miles. For the last 2 weeks I occasionally will start the truck and hear a whining noise, accompanied by the oil pressure gauge moving back and forth. After 5 mins at idle, it smoothes out and I won't see it again all day. It's not an every time I start problem. Any ideas?? Can't really hear the noise in the video, but gauge dancing is shown....
  2. If you do any towing or haul large items with tailgate down , the extra view angles are a great help. The front camera keeps you from sticking out parking spaces.
  3. Just installed the Wolfbox G900 TriPro today. Everything seems to be working fine so far. Nice image from all three cameras. I did go with a hardwire power hookup and used the mirror bracket to eliminate using the rubber straps. Install is pretty clean. I temporarily mounted the rear cam on the license plate to test the system, will be going up on top of the 3rd brake light soon.
  4. Yes, I just didn't add it since I'm not required in SC
  5. This one does not have the winch mount. For the 2.7 and diesel, the lower cooler shroud would interfere with the winch. I originally ordered one with a winch mount. I didn't want to give up the factory cooling provision to have the winch up front. Still under warranty....
  6. Thanks...that bar is an Auxbeam 5D Pro 22".
  7. Installed this"Iron Bison" lower front bumper. Was pretty straight forward. Now I have a nice mounting point for my fog light pods and light bar....
  8. Additional photos....
  9. Had the hood mount brackets l, switched to the a pillar mounts. Have a lot let vibration in the lights and less blocked from view. Originally installed Auxbeam 5.4 XP-ULTRA pods. They are the combo beam pattern. Good output, just too heavy for these mounts. Switched to the a pillar mounts same issue, swapped the lights out for Auxbeam 4.5 x 2 V-Max pods. Still decent output, no vibration or bouncing.
  10. Did you ever get the ZRoads mount? If so, how you like it?
  11. From what I have seen, just the one. They may have newer models that have variable strobe, idk. I saw there are Bluetooth remote versions with app capabilities so who knows....
  12. Yes, they are separate. I took power from the factory 12v outlet harness and used a splitter to feed the chargers. You could however have them switched from the panel. I just didn't feel like running additional wiring into the cab through the firewall to make it work. They do have their own dedicated on/off switch on the face of the charger.
  13. No, not from temu. Can't tell from the picture but the brand is Mic Tuning 8 Gang P1S RGB panel. Can be found here: https://a.co/d/82Ps3eb It has the regular on/off function, momentary, and strobe. I will take a quick video for you when it gets dark out tonight.
  14. Well, as I have a custom, I didn't get the factory fog lights. The aftermarket lights I put on needed a switch. I also added some ditch lights to the hood. Plan on putting a stubby front bumper with 20 in light bar up front. Aux reverse lights on a custom bracket I'm working on. Bed inverter. I want to put a hidden compressor somewhere as well. So, I opted for the 8 switch panel for future upgrades.
  15. Relocated the factory USB to the glove box. Added in 8 -gang switch panel and two fast chargers where the blanks used to be.
  16. How does the weBoost cell booster work for you? I loose connection on my way to work. Gone for 30mins until I get close to the next tower.....
  17. Hey all. I find my self in the market for new headlights. A reckless driver damn near ran me off the road, my front end met some road cones So I have a 22 LTD Custom. I had previously posted some upgrade options for the halogen setup. Now, since my grille/bumper is damaged, I'm thinking LT/High Country style led conversion. Been looking around and see a lot of info but, of course, I still have questions. Does anyone have experience with the gen5diy harness on non GM (aftermarket) led headlight assemblies? Will they only work on GM units? Any good info would be greatly appreciated.
  18. A design that popped up on Amazon here... https://www.amazon.com/Huray-Headlights-Silverado-2019-2021-Passenger/dp/B0CRTTBNKM I didn't come across them until the other day. Those Spyder lights look good on the truck too. I have stock halogen with led replacement bulbs currently. But I now, after 1 year, get intermittent flickering. I think the constant running as DRL has degraded the bulbs.
  19. Just curious if anybody has had good experiences with aftermarket led headlight assemblies made to replace the stock halogen setup. I came across these today, haven't seen them on an actual truck before. If you have them, would appreciate some feedback. Or if your guys have tried others out, how they holding up?? Also, other than the Gen5 harness, is there a workaround for the low beam DRL?? Don't want to delete it all together either...
  20. Did you find out what the extra port is for? I saw the same on mine when i pulled it out. Wondering if I can run an extension to the center console port I'm adding.
  21. Did you ever do anything with the harness? If so, how did it connect up in the front?
