Thanks guys, I appreciate the feedback. Been driving the truck like this for around 3 weeks now, hoping for the best expecting the worst.

Guys, Im pulling my hair out here, when I’m on the highway at around 70 there is an intermittent vibration (feels like I’m hitting a rumble strip) that usually lasts for 2-3 seconds and mostly occurs going up hills. The truck seems a little jerky during normal driving as well. I have already changed all my u-joints, wheel and axle bearings, 4 new tires, recent alignment. 125k miles
