    It go delivered to my door this past Friday. Took exactly 4 months. I did reach out to Percision(the shipping company) they helped out a lot and not sure if they got it on the train sooner for me.

    Just got the email that my truck made it to the dealer. Confirmed with them and will be picking it up Monday!

    Found out my truck is stuck in a lot waiting to be loaded on a rail cart and has been sitting for almost a month. I reached out the Percision Vehicle Holding on FB and to my surprise, they reached out and are going to try and get it loaded for me.

    Place my order 5/25 it was built on 8/8 and has been sitting ever since waiting for a railcar in Flint.

    Ya I just got a text from the dealer that my truck is at event code 3800(vehicle produced) but it’s delayed due to shipping.

    Did you order from Rivard in Tampa as well? My TPW was same as yours and was built. Haven’t heard anything from my dealer since even though I’ve asked if it has shipped. All I get is crickets.

    My truck is listed on the GMC website as in transit, I’d assume this means it’s on a rail car headed down to my dealer. I’ve reached out to my salesman a few times to get clarification and haven’t heard back at all.

    Let me know how your experience is with Rivard, so far I have not been pleased with my salesman. Did you do the financing before you went down to pick up your truck?

    My truck seems to be following your timeline. They started building mine on Wednesday so I’d assume it’ll be done next week and ship out the following like yours. Did Rivard say how long shipping would take?

    Just got the email from GM my truck is being built. Funny how the customer service lady I spoke with on the phone told me TPW was for this week and the dealer said he didn’t know the date on his end. So from my experience, call GM customer service phone number to get updates.

    I just called the GMC customer service number rather than doing the chat. The customer service rep told me I have a TPW for 7/31. I asked my dealer and he said he doesn’t see a TPW…wonder who is right.

    The dealer has placed the order but GM has not accepted it into their system. Either the dealer is waiting on allocation to place the order or GM is waiting on parts for your order before the accept it. Mine sat at 1100 for about a 2 weeks.     I would ask the dealer if you are at event code 2000 specifically. That code means it was successfully accepted by GM. If you’re at event code 1100, it means the order was placed but GM has not accepted the order yet. On my sheet my sales guy showed me, it showed “Retail Sold” not dealer stock.

    Ordered from Rivard end of May, ordered was accepted mid June. Went to event code 3300 scheduled for production the last week of June and have been stuck with no TPW since. I ordered a 24 at4 duramax with premium plus package, with 5th wheel package. Reading back on this forum I saw gooseneck is on constraint? I reached out to my dealer and was told it was not on constraint.

    What was your order number? I'm trying to see if there's a correlation, mine is CSGMP3. I'm still stuck at scheduled for production(3300) but do not have a build date yet.

    I believe once they place the order the order price is locked in. Here is the sheet my dealer sent me when I first placed the order back in May. Locked me in almost 9k under retail.

    You can always ask the dealer what event code you are in. If you are event code 1100 GM has not officially accepted the order. I too ordered from Rivard, end of May, order was accepted mid June. My sales guy Brien said I am at event code 3300(scheduled for production) on June 29th. I am still waiting for a target production week for mine to be built. I ordered a 24 2500 durmax at4 in onyx Black.
