The cognitive 3” is a coilover and for the rear I replaced the spring leafs to aftermarket and set them at 1”. Since new UCA’s came with the kit, I’m pretty sure I would have had more issues if I would have kept the stock UCA’s.
3" cognito level with 295x55x22 ridge grapplers. 1/4 spacers needed and minor trimming on front bottom bumper. Angled the cut and now no rubbing issues.
Got everything done and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Build list below.
Cognito 3”level with Elka 2.5 shocks
Deaver mini spring leaf set to 1” (replaced stock)
front windows and windshield tinted
Color matched wheel arches(white frost)
AMP research power steps
Retrax pro power tonneau cover
Gloss black stock Denali ultimate wheels powder coat
295x55x22 Nitto Ridge Grappler
Tires fit but rub turning left with no cutting/trimming— I couldn’t handle rub so cut front bottom bumper corners. Not rub at all
Does anyone run the Cognito 3” level with the UCA’s and 2” rear blocks? I am trying to see if I want the kit with the blocks or get the front lifted and get the Deaver mini leaf set and let it to 1” of lift in the back. The previous Cognito levels came with a 1.5 block in the back but now the new kit shows 2”. I don’t want ANY rake on this truck. If anyone is running this setup could you post a picture of your setup and let me know.
