Hate to tell you, but it’s been going on for much longer and it’s not Apple/Android CarPlay. I’ve got a ‘15 2500 and don’t have that option, only Bluetooth play. I use Sirius play through an external receiver as I’m a lifetime subscriber, and can only change head units only a couple times. It’s only connected via the audio jack under the armrest. No bluetooth, nothing. It’s been rebooting for years. Most of the time it’s only two, sometimes it’s up to four or five. Then again, this is the most problematic Chevy I’ve ever had in my life. The whole dash going goofy, not wanting to start (obviously electrical), never ending emissions, and other things, yet I’m still under 100k
