I have owned many GMC trucks so I have delt with the radio issues in the past but this one is driving me crazy. Only when apple car play is active and connected to my phone the radio screen will go black and will reboot at random times. Today when I made a phone call, 30 seconds into the call it goes dead, about 20 seconds later it reboots and phone call is still there. My cluster is not affected, I have changed phone cords. Using iPhone 11 Pro Max with latest update. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you -
How can I stop the truck from chiming upon start up? There are other articles about listening to the radio with the doors open, taking out the keys, attaching seatbelt overrides, but none of them address how to prevent the truck from chiming six times when starting it. Within the IntelliLink settings there is a way to lower the volume of the startup chime, but not completely stop it. Is this a hard wire override, software setting, OBD2 delete? Thank you. -
The dealer is now installing the 3rd infotainment center XM radio since the truck was purchased new on January 26,2020. Has anyone else had this problem or similar? Thanks in advance.? -
Hello everyone! I'm a first time member to a GMC forum and I look forward to learning from everyone. Recently purchased a 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT. To date, I've updated a few items: GM cold air intake, factory 2" lift, and color match fender flares. Hoping to continue the mods and provide any help to anyone requesting. If anyone would be interested in the factory fender flares/wheel arches (black) please let me know. Part #84269334. Also have the suspension for the X-31 offroad package available since I upgrade the suspension and the black original tow hooks. Thanks!
