How can I stop the truck from chiming upon start up? There are other articles about listening to the radio with the doors open, taking out the keys, attaching seatbelt overrides, but none of them address how to prevent the truck from chiming six times when starting it. Within the IntelliLink settings there is a way to lower the volume of the startup chime, but not completely stop it. Is this a hard wire override, software setting, OBD2 delete? Thank you.

We have had our new AT4 for 3 days now. The truck is brilliant! The tailgate was really well designed, the HUD is much more intuitive and useful than anticipated, BUT....... When using the Nav function, on the map screen, I can't see the information displayed. The map display is very washed out, seeming like the brightness is turned all the way up, but the contrast is turned all the way down. There is no black on the display at all. Just greyscale letters and numbers. Very light pastel coloring for the map items. I had tried to switch to Google Maps and Waze with Android auto, hoping those maps would work better. But no, they just use the native display colors when displayed on the infotainment center. This display just doesn't work well for me. Is it possible there is something wrong with my head unit, or do I need to learn to live with this? Is everyone else's map screen crisp and bright, or washed out and hard to read like mine?

I purchased my first 4WD truck in February (2020 GMC Sierra 1500 4WD 6.2L 2 speed Transfer Case). I wasn't really in the market for a 4WD model, but had to choose one to get the options I did want. So I am unfamiliar with the proper use of 4WD. Specifically: 1) When just driving around town and not towing anything, should I leave the transfer case setting set to 2WD or 'Auto?' 2) The manual recommends not using a automatic carwash without giving a reason. Is there a real 'danger' in using one leaving aside the need to choose one that can handle the size of the truck (I've read the posts about leaks, but that is a different issue for me)? 3) My research suggests that if I were to have the truck towed or pulled through a carwash by rollers behind the front wheels that I should put both the transmission and transfer case in neutral. Is that correct? Anything else I should do (besides turn off the auto windshield wipers setting and keep my foot off the brake)? I did search this forum (and the Internet) trying to find the the answers to these questions, so if I missed something, please forward a link. TIA

Has anyone had trouble receving the account verification email when setting up a new user profile on the infotainment system? I just bought a 2019 AT4 and tried creating a profile twice. I've been able to create a profile and save settings, but have not received the account verification email it claims to have sent. Any thoughts???

I have a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ and I somehow changed a setting to where the foot pedals raise up to the top setting every time I turn off my truck. I cannot find where I change the setting. Any ideas…? Each time I start my truck, I have to press down the pedal adjustment lever to my desired setting. As soon as I turn the truck off the petals move back up.
